14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not happy with a purchased pack, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase — no questions asked. Access to the pack's paid decks is removed when the refund is issued.
How to request a refund
- Email admin.59seconds@gmail.com with the email address you purchased with and the pack you would like refunded; or
- Reply to your Paddle receipt email, or contact Paddle directly at paddle.com/contact.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, so approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Fair use
We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of clear abuse — for example, repeatedly purchasing and refunding the same content. This policy does not limit any statutory consumer rights that apply in your country.
